What you do with the list

Import the file into Smartlead, Instantly or your own email tool. The address is checked shortly before delivery, so you do not start out with bounces.

Frequently asked questions

Am I allowed to just email these leads?

In the US, the CAN-SPAM Act allows cold email to business recipients without prior consent, as long as you make clear who you are, use honest subject lines, include a postal address and honour opt-outs. In the UK, PECR allows email to people at limited companies without prior consent, but sole traders and some partnerships need consent first, and UK GDPR applies to the data itself. Can I also call the leads or approach them on LinkedIn?

Yes. Tick the phone number and the decision maker's LinkedIn profile when you order and the same list also works as a call list or for your LinkedIn approach. You can also upload the file as an audience in LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads, or use it to top up your CRM. Each channel has its own rules, so check what applies to yours.

How do I know the addresses are correct?

Before delivery we check per address whether the domain exists and whether the mailbox behind it exists. Addresses we cannot verify, we do not deliver. If you still end up above 3 percent bounce, we top it up free of charge.

What if I do not know exactly who my target group is?

Describe who your best customers are today. We turn that into a selection and send you a count first. If the market turns out to be too small for cold outreach, we say so.

Will I get the same leads as somebody else?

Not by default. We track per client which companies we have already delivered, so there are no duplicates inside your file and you never get records you have had from us before. If you want exclusivity on a specific target group or region, we agree that up front and put it in writing.

Can I use the file in my own tool?

Yes. Excel or CSV with fixed column names, ready for Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, Pipedrive or your dialler. Want a different column layout, let us know with your order.
