€84,000 in pipeline from €5,085 of campaign spend
A software company that always won new clients through referrals, with no structural prospecting. Ninety days later there were 38 qualified meetings in the calendar.
The situation
Growth here ran entirely on the founder's network. That works until the network runs out, and then the flow of new business stops with no dial to turn. There was no list, no campaign and no separate domain to send from. The question was simple: outside the network, is there enough market to pull meetings from structurally.
What we did
- Defined the target group. We started with the clients that already ran best and pulled the profile out of them: what type of company, what size, which job role signs.
- Set up the email infrastructure. Separate domains, dedicated mailboxes, authentication configured and warmed up, so the main domain stays out of the firing line.
- Wrote the campaign. Personal emails from a personal sender address, with a concrete observation about the company instead of a generic opening.
- Rolled out in phases. Start small, measure what lands and what produces replies, and only raise the volume once both are solid.
The result
The first meeting was on day 1 after going live. Across the full ninety-day term it produced 38 qualified meetings, against a campaign investment of €5,085. That works out at €134 per meeting.
- Investment
- €5,085 across 90 days (Scale package)
- Meetings
- 38 qualified
- Cost per meeting
- €134
- Pipeline
- €84,000, or 16.5 times the investment
- First meeting
- Day 1 after going live
Pipeline is the combined value of the meetings the campaign produced, not invoiced revenue. What closes out of that depends on the selling, and the client did that themselves.
“I never expected email could still have this much impact. Demi and Anne-Roos know what they are talking about and deliver a strong result.”
